For each role you held
- What were you responsible for, in one sentence a stranger would understand?
- What decisions were yours to make?
- What changed because you were there?
On numbers
- Only include figures you genuinely know and can defend.
- Where no reliable figure exists, describe the outcome qualitatively — 'complaints about missed deliveries stopped' is strong evidence.
- Never estimate a percentage to make a bullet look stronger.
